Graham has over 26 years of experience in the financial services sector, and brings his knowledge to the Asset Mix Team of Guardian Capital Advisors LP.
Formerly, as the Manager of Institutional Pensions at a major Canadian financial corporation, and as an Investment Counselor since 1987, Graham has provided investment management services to estates and trusts, and to both private and institutional clients. He has also been a member of various investment strategy and policy committees. Graham completed his degree in Business Administration from John Abbott College in Montreal and holds several financial service qualifications including Member of the Trust Companies Institute; Registered Personal Financial Planner; and Certified Financial Planner. He is a member of the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR). In 2003, he was awarded the Ten Year Certificate of Achievement, in recognition of his dedication to professional excellence through participation in the AIMR Continuing Education program. Graham is also an associate member of the Canadian Association of Financial Planners and a full member of Advocis. In 2006, Graham was awarded his TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) designation from The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners U.K.
Graham is an active member of his community. He currently is President of a not-for-profit Sports Organization and sits as an advisory board member of one private Charitable Foundation and is Chairman of the National Charity, Fibromyalgia-Chronic Fatigue Syndrome of Canada.
